Ultimate Dropz is about more than just cool collectibles – we create real highlights for fans, collectors and sports enthusiasts. Our job takes us exactly where sport, art and a passion for collecting meet.
To do this, we need creative minds who think big and act independently. In our small, agile team, every idea and every contribution counts. There are no rigid hierarchies here – you have the space to get involved and play to your strengths. Our hands-on startup culture means that you take on responsibility right from the start and can play an active role in shaping the company.

At Ultimate Dropz, we work on exciting projects with world champions, European champions, artists and renowned soccer clubs. Our partnerships with the likes of Bayer 04 Leverkusen and the German Basketball Federation (DBB) allow us to develop exclusive trading card collections that are both emotional and valuable to collectors.
Our work regularly takes us to trade fairs, customers, stadiums and meet & greets with the athletes and artists we represent. These experiences not only enrich our projects, but also offer the opportunity to be right at the heart of events and create unforgettable moments.
Being actively involved in such projects is not only exciting, but also fulfilling, as we create products that are of great emotional value to collectors. Through our work, we help to capture memories and ignite the passion of fans.
