What is a “drop”?
When we talk about a drop, we are referring to the release of a collector's item (e.g., a box or a single card) with a specific theme (an athlete, a club, an association, etc.). Within a drop, there is one or sometimes several products available for purchase.
How does a drop work?
A drop is basically divided into three phases:
1. Registration phase: Here we promote the upcoming product and you have the opportunity to register and receive early access.
2. Early access sales phase: Here, all registered persons receive an early access code with which they can purchase the product before it is available to the general public.
3. Public sale: If the product is not sold out after phase 2, it becomes available to everyone and can be purchased normally.
How do I get early access to a drop?
Before a product goes on sale, there is always a registration phase during which you can register for the respective drop on our homepage with your name and email address. This gives you the right to early access. The length of early access varies from drop to drop, but is usually 24-48 hours.
What exactly does “limited edition” mean?
Limited edition means that there is only a certain number of units of the product (e.g., the box or a single card) available—for example, 1,900 boxes or only 180 cards.
What makes your trading cards special?
We develop our products to be as individual as possible so that fans can experience their favorite clubs, associations, or athletes up close. That's why we always incorporate the character of the athlete, club, association, or respective cities into the cards as best we can—to give fans a special connection.
How many cards are in a box?
Basically, we have 16 cards in a box. These consist of 4 cards in 4 flow packs.
However, there are also products in higher price segments where the number of cards varies. Therefore, always pay attention to the product descriptions for each individual product.
What does “random allocation” mean?
This means that we have no influence on which boxes and cards are issued to you, the buyers, and that the allocation (especially for single card Dropz) is random. We therefore cannot assign which customer receives which numbering.
Are the products officially licensed?
Yes, every product we offer is created in official collaboration with the licensor (club, association, individual athlete, etc.) and is an officially licensed product.
Will cards be reprinted?
No, none of the products we offer are reprinted or reproduced.

We accept no responsibility for typing errors, printing errors, scratches, or other damage to the boxes and cards. Important: The final designs may differ from the images shown on the cards.

What are trading cards / sports cards?
Trading cards are generally small cards made of cardboard or thick paper that depict an image of a person, a fictional character, or a fictional or real object, and are often supplemented with text, statistics, or interesting facts. Sports trading cards show the image of a person from the world of sports.
What are "parallels"?
Parallels are alternative versions of a base card, which usually differ from the base card in terms of color, foil, or design-elements. For example, a base card may have a blue background, while parallels may have silver, red, or gold backgrounds. These parallels are often limited editions and have a number printed on the card.
What does “Numbered” mean?
Some cards have a number printed on them. If a card says 07/50, for example, this means that there are only 50 copies of this card and you own the 7th one. These cards are rarer due to their limited availability and can therefore be more valuable.
What is an “Signature Card”?
A signature card (or autograph card) is a trading card that has been signed by the athlete, artist, or celebrity depicted on it.
These genuine signatures make the card particularly valuable.
Types of signature cards:
On-card autograph: The signature is directly on the card – considered premium and particularly authentic.
Sticker autograph: The signature is on a sticker that has been affixed to the card – genuine, but slightly less exclusive.
Dual/multi autograph: Contains multiple signatures (e.g., from teammates) – very rare and collectible.
What is a “Memorabilia Card”?
A memorabilia card is a trading card that contains a genuine piece of material—for example, a piece of an athlete's jersey, net, or shoe. These cards make collecting special because you are holding a piece of real history in your hands.
These cards usually have the words “match-worn” printed on them. This means that the athlete wore this piece of memorabilia during a game.
What is a “Box” or a “Pack”?
A Box contains several Packs — each pack has a few random cards inside (for example, 4 per pack).
You never know exactly what you’ll get — that’s part of the fun and excitement!
What is a “Base Card”?
A Base Card is a standard card in a series – most of the time the foundation of a collection. All other types, like Parallels, Inserts, or Autographs, are variations built on top of the base set. Base Cards are normally not limited and have no numbering.
What are “Inserts”?
Inserts are special or rare cards added to packs in smaller quantities. They usually have unique designs or themes and are more limited than base cards, making them exciting for collectors.
Why are some cards so valuable?
The value of a card depends on several factors e.g.:
Rarity, Popularity of the player, Conditions of the card, Authenticity, grading and further aspects.
What is a 1-of-1 / One-of-One?
A 1-of-1 card is completely unique– only one exists in the world.
